The HIWIN HG series linear guideway block is a part of the HG series linear guideways which are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error. Thus, HIWIN HG series linear guideways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy, and smooth linear motion. The HG series linear guideways are available in two types: flange type and square type. The flange type is suitable for heavy moment load application because of the low assembly height and larger mounting surface. They also offer a wide range of stroke lengths to accommodate many applications ranging from precise positioning to high speed movement. The HG series also features self-aligning capability to absorb installation error. In addition, both flange and square types are available.
