Mextech SRT6223 surface profile gauge is a handled gauge for fast and accurate measurement of the peak to valley height of the surface profile of blast cleaned surface. It is widely used in field of blast cleaned surface measurement. The gauge consists of a laser beam, a photoelectric sensor and an electronic circuit. The laser beam scans the surface profile and generates a signal according to the height difference between two points, which is picked up by photosensitive element. The signal goes through amplifier and then processed by microcomputer. The output signal represents peak level and valley depth of the measurement point. The SRT6223 can be used in conjunction with any standard blasting machine to record the peak-to-valley height of blasted surfaces; or it can be used in conjunction with other types of equipment such as graders or bores to record the profile of a finished road or railroad bed. The handle on this gauge is made from lightweight aluminium, making it easy to hold onto when taking measurements. The handle also has an ergonomic design that fits comfortably into your hand during use. It also includes a rubber grip which helps prevent slipping while taking measurements.
