Berger 4 Ltr BP Cement Primer Solvent Thinnable - Alkali Resistant - White

Berger Cement Primer Solvent is a white, matt finish, water based interior primer that has excellent coverage and adhesion. It is non-flammable and easy to apply. It will act as a bonding coat for all plastic films, synthetic rubbers and vinyls, dissolves acrylic urethanes, latexes, oil based primers and is ideal for over-painting cement rendering. It also suits filling cracks in plastered surfaces for patching purposes. It is a paint primer solvent for interior use on a wide variety of substrates. The primer can be tinted in any desired shade and is water clean up with great hide properties. It is ideal for priming and leveling the surface before application of the varnish or painting process. As the paint relies on a movement of solvent with the material, it has an extended drying time over alternative products.
