Dulux Solvent Based Cement Primer is a solvent cement base ready to use in primer painting systems. For interior use only. It can be used as a base coat for latex or acrylic paint. The correct dry times of adhesives and paints can be obtained by correctly understanding the effect of temperature, humidity and other conditions on the drying time of the materials being used. This product can also be used on soft stones such as plaster and brick but does not cover stone-like surfaces or marble. The Dulux Solvent Based Cement Primer contains zero VOCs and is durability tested to last through five years of residential exposure.

It is a solvent-based cement primer that dries in 2.5 hours but can be recoated within 30 minutes of initial application without affecting bonding strength. It has a fast-drying matt finish, is salt tolerant and gives superior resistance to blisters, alkali damage, stress cracks and mildew staining. Suitable for all exterior surfaces, including wood, plaster and concrete. It creates an instant bond with these surfaces, adding strength to the base coat of your Dulux wall coating. This product is ideal for repairing damaged surfaces or preparing walls that have been previously sealed with ordinary sealers.
