The Dulux Duwel White Wood Primer provides a smooth finish and is ideal for applying light colour coats of paint. Good adhesion to wood surfaces and ease of application resulting in long-lasting durability. When applied to clean, dry surfaces, the primer dries quickly, enhancing the finish of paintwork for interiors and exteriors. This primer has excellent adhesion on wood surfaces and protects from moisture penetration. It is ideal for use on internal walls, plasterboard and other surfaces that may become damp or exposed to condensation. This wood primer can be used on interior and exterior wood, plastic, and fibreglass surfaces. It's suitable for all exterior paints, including outlast and sheer shield technologies.

It has been developed to be used as a primer coat under Dulux exterior emulsion, polyurethane coatings, or as the sole finish on interior surfaces. It has excellent strength, flexibility and ease of application. This product has a non-yellowing effect even when under exposure to sunlight. Dulux Duwel primer can be applied directly over unsealed wood surfaces with no sanding before priming. This product can be used to prime untreated timber before painting.
