Berger Home Shield Seal-O-Primer - White is a fast drying, water based solid film primer for interior & exterior applications. Its features include: - It provides a tough, durable and resilient finish which is able to resist many kinds of cleaning agents, acids and alkalis.- The house paint forms an excellent bond with the substrate.- The finish has superb resistance to abrasion, chemicals and alkali while providing moisture barrier properties. It is a water based, acrylic waterborne ready to use, matt white primer. It can be applied on all interior walls, ceilings and woodwork etc. It is an easy to use and washable liquid primer which gives good adhesion, sealing and acts as a water repellent. It provides good resistance to erosion in humid conditions.
