Nerolac Goody Universal Primer (Oil Based) is specially formulated to be used as a base for both metallic & non-metallic paints on plastard surfaces. The house paint starts dry to the touch in 45 minutes, cures overnight and is ready for paint. Its synthetic resin based pre-coat primer is available in white color. Its application is to be used on plastard surfaces like doors, window sills and frames etc. This is a fast drying primer which dries to a matte white finish. It is a ready to use, water based grey primer which can be used to prime white as well as all coloured plastards. It imparts adhesion to the surface and hardens the same.
