The minimum seat closing pressure of this product must not be less than 60%-75% of the maximum column pressure. It is recommended that the product be tested before installation to ensure tightness. The product is used in oil refineries, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants and chemical plants. With a 13% chromium steel disc and spring, the Leader CCS 070 is suitable for handling high stress and pressure. Including a conformal coating that prevents incrustation from forming on the valve, lead operating temperatures are high enough to ensure longevity.
