Our Zinc (White Metal) Mortise Handles are fabricated using optimum quality Pressure Die Casting which results in Dimensional Accuracy, Corrosion Resistance and Longer Life. During the production process, the handles go through stringent quality control measures and are tested through Cycle Test and Salt Spray Test.

The handles have a great dimensional accuracy and extremely smooth finish. The zinc die castings meet all applicable ASTM standards and are 100% recyclable. The zinc die casting process allows for tighter tolerances and better surface finishes than other metals because it is poured into a mold under high pressure which squeezes out any imperfections.
