Service Type
On-site repair or replacement. Kindly send the product back to the registered address mentioned on the back of the shoe box. Upon valid approval it generally takes 10-14 days for repair and 7-10 days for replacement. In case the portal is not able to facilitate the return process you may have to return the product at your own expense.
