The Swastik TRK-3A-4011 4 - 20 mA 240V AC Thyristor Trigger Module is a trigger module used to convert a 4 - 20 mA signal into a DC output to drive a thyristor. This trigger module uses pulse width modulation (PWM) of the AC input current to control the operation of the thyristor. The module has two separate inputs for 4 - 20 mA current signals, one for each phase, and one output for the DC drive voltage. The 4 - 20 mA current inputs are converted into 0 – 10 VDC drive voltages using an internal resistor divider network. The module has a normally open (NO) input and a normally closed (NC) output relay.
