Nerolac Cement Primer (Solvent Based) is a Solvent Based primer manufactured using Solvent Resistant Pigments, Resin, Epoxy, Non Chlorinated Rubber & Isopropyl Alcohol. It is used for interior application only. Applicable to Plastered surfaces, asbestos sheets and concrete etc. prior to painting with water-based paints. It can be used with all leading brands of paints. As per the industry standards, one has to first sand down the walls and then apply a new coat of primer before painting home. The house paint keeps walls protected against dirty surfaces. This product can be applied on plastered surfaces, asbestos sheets, concrete, brickwork etc. prior to over painting with water-based paints. It is used for Interior application only.
