Nerolac Cement Primer Water Thinnable can be applied on plastered surfaces, asbestos sheets, concrete, brickwork, etc. prior to over-painting with water-based paints. It is used for Interior application only. It is designed to be applied on plastered surfaces, asbestos sheets, concrete and brickwork prior to over-painting with water-based paints. It has a medium viscosity house paint and provides good adhesion between the substrate and final coat of paint. It is a Solvent Based emulsion used as a base coat for interior over painting with water based paints. It is a water-based, solvent-free primer for pre-coating on plaster and cement surfaces prior to painting. The product provides an excellent base for the application of top coats, especially emulsion paints and wall coatings.
