If you are looking to purchase products in bulk or need customized pricing, you can easily request a quotation on Industrybuying. Here’s how to do it:

Steps to Request a Quotation:

1. Open Industrybuying Website:

• You can raise a quotation by login in to your Account, in this case all your profile details will be automatically filled
• You can also raise the quotation as guest user in this you need to fill all the personal details

2. Request a Quote:

• On the industrybuying website, look for the option "Request for Quotes"
• Click on this option.

3. Fill in Your Details:

You will be prompted to enter some additional information like:

• Contact Name
• Email Id
• Phone Number
• Company Name
• Company GSTIN
• Compnay Address

Enter product Details through Fill your Requirement

• Brand Name
• Product Description
• Targte price
• Required Quantity
• In case there is other product, Select on Add Row and fill additional product details (simlarly as above).

You can also Enter product Details through Upload Your Requirements (supported file format are JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, XLS, XLSX, CSV)

4.Submit Request:

• After entering the necessary details, submit the quotation request.
• Once submitted, your request will be forwarded to the Industrybuying sales team for processing.

5.Receive Your Quote:

• The sales team will review your request and send you a personalized quote based on your product selection, quantity, and other details.
• The quotation will include the final pricing (which may be discounted for bulk orders), shipping costs, and terms for the order.

6.Review and Confirm:

• Once you receive the quote, you can review the pricing and terms. If everything looks good, you can confirm your order with the sales team.
• After confirmation, you will receive an official invoice and can proceed to make the payment.
