At Industrybuying, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that falls under any of the conditions mentioned below, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For damaged and missing item, the return policy is within 2 days of delivery (see chart below).

About Return Policy

*For Defective Case: - If a customer receives a defective product, Industry buying will recommend the customer to connect with a Brand authorized service centre to troubleshoot the issue.

 For a few items, we may facilitate Communication with Brand, but final resolution (repair, refund, replacement) will be provided by brand only.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Defective or Damaged Product: Products that are altered, used, or defective upon arrival.
  • Physical Damage: If the product is damaged during transit.
  • Opened Seals: Branded products with opened seals.
  • Missing Items or Accessories: Incomplete products or missing accessories.
  • Significant Difference (Wrong item): If the product received differs significantly from the one shown on Industrybuying.com.

Non-Returnable Products

Customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • No Longer Needed: If the product is no longer required by the customer.
  • Product Misuse: If the product has been used or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Made-to-Order Products: Products custom-made on demand are not eligible for return.
  • Quality Issues: Products that meet the stated quality criteria but do not meet individual customer expectations.

Can I return a product that I no longer need?

Unfortunately, "no longer needed" items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items like customized products or those marked as non-returnable (e.g., electronics, tyres) cannot be returned.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  1. Raise a return request within 48 hours via "My Orders" section.
  2. Attach clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive either a pickup or be instructed to send the product back.

Please note, refund or exchange will be processed once the product is inspected.

How can I track my return or refund status?

You can track the status of your return and refund by logging into your Industrybuying account:

  1. Go to "My Orders".
  2. Check the return status for your order.
  3. If a refund is processed, you will receive an email with details.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

Yes, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Electronics, Cartridges, Tyres, Safety products, Electricals, and Car care products.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Always review the product details before purchasing to check for any such restrictions.

What is the time frame for returning a product?

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the eligibility criteria for return (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products).

For damaged or incomplete products, you need to raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery.
