Exchange/Replacement Policy

At Industrybuying, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that falls under any of the conditions mentioned below, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For damaged and missing item, the return policy is within 2 days of delivery (see chart below).

Exchange/Replacement Policy

*For Defective Case: - If a customer receives a defective product, Industry buying will recommend the customer to connect with a Brand authorized service centre to troubleshoot the issue.

For a few items, we may facilitate Communication with Brand, but final resolution (repair, refund, replacement) will be provided by brand only.

Eligibility for Return:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible to return the item within 2 to 7 days of delivery, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • The product must be in unused, unaltered condition and in its original packaging.
