When you place an order, you'll typically receive updates via email and SMS, providing the status of your order, including when it is processed, shipped, and out for delivery. 

If you want to know the exact status of your order, including tracking details, estimated delivery date, or if you have any questions about its progress, we've got you covered. How can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Industry buying account.
  2. Go to ‘My Account’.
  3. Click on 'My Orders' to view all your orders.
  4. Click on the specific order using the Order Number.
  5. Click on 'Track Order' to locate your package.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account to view the shipping status.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

Shipment usually takes 2-9 days to arrive at your delivery address after it has been shipped based on your PIN code. However, if there is a delivery delay, it can be due to one or more of the following factors: - Natural disasters, such as floods and earthquakes, political unrest, federal and state holidays, etc.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

We are here to help you! We will contact you to check your availability and accordingly reschedule your order’s delivery. 

Note : Orders can only be re-attempted to be delivered three times before being sent back to our warehouse. We regularly request our clients to receive their orders within the allotted time frame to avoid cancellation.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

In accordance with our company policy, packages cannot be delivered with an open box. Should you encounter any problem with the product once you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

We focus on getting the orders delivered as fast as possible but as of now, we do not provide expedited delivery. However, we will notify you when such services are rolled out in the future.

Can I change the delivery time for my order?

Currently, we don't have the feature to change the delivery time for an already placed order.

Which courier company will deliver my order? Can I choose my preferred delivery partner?

For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via Email/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will notify you when such services are rolled out in the future.

Can I check the Estimated Delivery Date before placing the order?

For an expected delivery date, you can enter your PIN code on the ‘product detail page’ and get an estimated delivery date of your product.
