Reporting a Problem with a Product

At Industrybuying, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. However, in the rare event that you encounter any issues with a product, we have an easy and efficient process for reporting problems.

Here’s how you can report a problem with a product:

1. Check the Return and Warranty Policy

  • Before reporting a problem, make sure the product is within the return window (usually 2- 7 days from delivery) and check if the issue qualifies for a return, exchange, or warranty claim.
  • Refer to the product page for information on whether it’s eligible for a return or warranty service.

2. Log In to Your Account

  • Visit the Industrybuying website and log in to your account. This helps us quickly locate your order and resolve the issue efficiently.
  • Go to the My Orders section, where you will find a list of your previous orders.

3. Select the Problematic Product

  • Find the product that has an issue and click on the "Report a Problem" or "Raise a Return Request" option next to the order.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or has other issues, be sure to select the appropriate reason from the provided options (e.g., defective, wrong item, damaged during transit, etc.).

4. Provide Detailed Information

Fill in the required details, including:

  • Description of the Problem: Explain the issue clearly (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.).
  • Photographs or Videos: Attach clear images or videos showing the problem with the product. This could include pictures of defects, damages, incorrect items, or missing parts. The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue.
  • Invoice/Order Details: Ensure you include the order number and any relevant invoice details to help us process your claim faster.

5. Submit the Report

  • Once you've filled out all the necessary information, submit the report. Our customer support team will review your issue and initiate the next steps, such as processing a return, exchange, or warranty claim.
