How Can I Cancel My Order?

Log in to Your Account:

  • Go to the Industrybuying website or open the mobile app.
  • Navigate to "My Orders".

Select the Order:

  • Find the order you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Order".
  • If the order has not been shipped yet, you will see an option to cancel the order.

Cancellation Confirmation:

  • After submitting your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation if it is processed successfully.

How do I cancel an order?

 You can cancel an order before it is shipped:

  1. Log in to your Industrybuying account.
  2. Go to "My Orders".
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Order".

Once the order has been shipped, you can’t cancel it directly through the website. Instead, you should contact our customer support team for placing the order cancellation request.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No, you cannot directly cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, after delivery, you can return the product if it meets the return policy criteria (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Refunds will be processed after the return is approved.
